What You'll Use Most

These are the features most people use regularly. The rest is here when you need it.


Home Tab: Your Calendar

  • Red dots = workout days

  • Tap any date to open that day's workout

  • Switch between week and month view

Your Profile (top-right): Billing, settings, notifications, logout


Plans Tab: Your Programs

After Home, this is where you'll spend most of your time

Following → Your active plan (this is where you'll spend most of your time)

Quick actions:

  • View full schedule: Plans → Following → tap plan → Workouts

  • Change rest days: Plans → Following → tap plan → Pause or Edit

  • My Plans → All plans you have access to


Help Tab: Get Support

  • Message the support team

  • Browse help articles


Explore When You're Ready

These features are here when you need them. Most people discover them gradually as they get comfortable with the basics.


Log Workout Tab

Use this to log custom workouts, repeat favorites, or track past workouts outside your scheduled plan.


Groups Tab

Access free sample workouts, educational videos, and previously recorded Zooms.


Hamburger Menu (☰): Additional Tools

The three-line menu in the top-left gives you access to extra features:

  • Exercise Library - 3,000+ exercises with video demos

  • Resources - Tutorials and plan materials

  • Appointments - Book 1-on-1 coaching sessions

  • Measurements & Photos - Track your progress

  • Connected Apps - Sync with other fitness apps

  • Refer & Reward - Get $5 credit for referrals


Browser Access: View & Print Programs

To view or print your full program:

  1. Click My StuffMy Workout Plans

  2. Select your plan → View Plan

Note: Full programs can be ~100 pages. Consider printing specific weeks instead.


Common Questions

Quick answers to questions we hear most often:

"I don't see my workouts"

Make sure you've tapped 'Start Plan' in the Plans tab. Purchasing a plan doesn't automatically add it to your calendar. See Getting Started: Your First Workout for the full walkthrough.

"Can I buy plans in the app?"

Plans are purchased through haileyhappensfitness.com rather than in the app. This keeps prices lower by avoiding app store fees.

"Where did my purchase go?"

Check Plans → My Plans to see everything you have access to. If you still don't see it, see Finding Your Purchase or contact support.

"How do I change my rest days?"

Go to Plans → Following, tap your plan, then select 'Pause or Edit' to adjust your schedule.
