Why Do the App and Browser Look Different?

Can I Access Everything on Both Platforms?
Whether you're using:
The mobile app (iOS or Android), or

You'll have access to:
Your workout plans
Workout history and progress
Logged weights and notes
Resources and education content
Your progress stays synced automatically between the app and the browser.
Note: Purchases (memberships, signature plans, group courses) can only be made through the website at haileyhappensfitness.com, not in the mobile app.

When Should I Use the App vs. the Browser?
We recommend using the browser for:
Making purchases — All memberships, signature plans, and group courses must be purchased through the website (you cannot make purchases in the mobile app)
Viewing PDF resources
Watching educational or longer-form videos (like replays and webinar recordings)
Exploring program information and learning materials
We recommend using the app for:
Logging workouts
Tracking weights and progress
Following sessions during training
Day-to-day program use
