Updated over a week ago

If you're switching between the Hailey Happens Fitness app and the web browser, you might notice they look different. Here's why, and how to make the most of both platforms.

Why Do the App and Browser Look Different?

Each platform is designed to suit how it's most commonly used:

  • The app is optimized for training sessions and quick interactions

  • The browser is optimized for viewing, reading, and learning

This allows each experience to feel smoother and more intuitive for its purpose.

Can I Access Everything on Both Platforms?

Whether you're using:

You'll have access to:

  • Your workout plans

  • Workout history and progress

  • Logged weights and notes

  • Resources and education content

Your progress stays synced automatically between the app and the browser.

Note: Purchases (memberships, signature plans, group courses) can only be made through the website at haileyhappensfitness.com, not in the mobile app.

How Do I Navigate Each Platform?

Mobile App Navigation:

  • Bottom navigation bar for quick access

  • Hamburger menu (≡) for additional options

  • Optimized for one-handed use during workouts

Browser Navigation:

  • Left-hand panel for all features

  • Full view of plans, groups, and resources

  • Better for browsing and exploring content

When Should I Use the App vs. the Browser?

We recommend using the browser for:

  • Making purchases — All memberships, signature plans, and group courses must be purchased through the website (you cannot make purchases in the mobile app)

  • Viewing PDF resources

  • Watching educational or longer-form videos (like replays and webinar recordings)

  • Exploring program information and learning materials

We recommend using the app for:

  • Logging workouts

  • Tracking weights and progress

  • Following sessions during training

  • Day-to-day program use

You can switch between the two at any time. Your progress will stay in sync.

Where Can I Find Specific Features?

Your scheduled workouts:

  • App: Home tab (where your calendar is) or Log Workout tab

  • Browser: Journal tab in left panel

Videos, replays, and resources:

  • App: Groups tab → Select your group → Resources

  • Browser: Left panel → Groups → Select your group → Resources

Workout history and logged weights:

  • App: Log Workout tab → Recent workout or history icon when logging a workout

  • Browser: Left plan → Activity

Purchase history:

  • App: Profile in top right corner → Billing info

  • Browser: Profile in top right corner → Billing info

The app and browser are designed to work together, giving you flexibility in how and where you train, learn, and track your progress. Use whichever platform fits your needs in the moment, your content and progress will always be there.
