How to Delete Your Account

Thinking about deleting your account? Read this first.

⚠️ Important: Is Account Deletion What You Need?

Before you proceed, let's make sure you're choosing the right option.

Delete Account = Permanently removes everything (your data, purchases, progress) Cancel Membership = Stops billing but keeps your account and purchased programs


Before You Delete: What This Means

Deleting your account is permanent. Here's what you'll lose:

  • All purchased programs - Even if you paid for lifetime access, deletion removes it permanently

  • Your workout history and progress - All logged workouts, weights, and tracking data will be gone

  • Your account data - Email, profile, and settings cannot be recovered

This action cannot be undone.

Just need a break? That's completely okay. If you bought standalone plans, they'll be here whenever you're ready - nothing expires. If you have a Fit Happens membership, you can cancel to stop billing (monthly members keep access through the current cycle, yearly members are committed for 12 months).

Still Need to Delete? Here's How:

Before you start:

  • Make sure you can sign in to your HHF account

  • If using a desktop browser, sign in with the same email and password you use in the mobile app

Option 1: Delete your account using the mobile app

  1. Open the HHF mobile app

  2. Tap your profile image in the top-right corner

  3. Tap "Billing Information"

  4. Tap "Please Delete My Account" under Account Cancellation

  5. Tap "Yes" to confirm


Option 2: Delete your account in a desktop browser

  1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner

  2. Click "Billing Information"

  3. Click "Please Delete My Account" under Account Cancellation

  4. Click "Yes" to confirm


What Happens After You Confirm

Once you confirm deletion:

βœ“ Your account is permanently deleted

βœ“ All data and purchase access is removed immediately

βœ“ This action cannot be undone or reversed

βœ— You cannot recover your workout history or progress

βœ— You cannot reactivate purchased programs - even lifetime purchases

Changed your mind after deleting? You'll need to create a new account and repurchase any programs you want access to.
