How to Cancel your FIT HAPPENS Membership

This article explains how to cancel your FIT HAPPENS membership (subscription)

You can either cancel the membership in the browser or in the app.

How to cancel the membership in the app:

Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. After opening the app, press the GROUPS icon on the bottom of the screen.

  2. Press the FIT HAPPENS group to open it

  3. Under the FIT HAPPENS Membership Image, press Cancel Group Membership.

  4. Press Yes, cancel my membership. Note: You will continue to have access to the membership through the end of the billing cycle or the end of the trial period.

  5. Select a reason for cancelling and press "Yes, Please Cancel".

Note: The membership comes with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, you will continue to have access to the membership for the remainder of the membership billing cycle, but we are not able to refund your or pro-rate the charge.
