Refunds, Exchanges and Price Adjustment Policies

Please review this article to understand our policy for refunds, exchanges, and price adjustments.

By purchasing from Hailey Happens Fitness, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content, which limits refund eligibility as described below. To submit a refund or exchange request, email us at [email protected].

Workout plans: Refunds

We offer a refund within 24 hours of purchase, less a 10% processing fee.

As an alternative, you can choose a full account credit instead - this avoids the 10% fee and can be applied toward any future purchase.

Once your request is received, it goes through a quick approval process. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank - check with them if a refund doesn't appear within a few days.

Workout plans: Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 10 days of purchase for a plan of equal or higher value.

  • Upgrading to a higher-priced plan? You'll pay the price difference.

  • Switching to a lower-priced plan? We'll issue the difference as either a monetary refund (less the 10% fee) or a full account credit - your choice.

Account credits from exchanges can be applied toward any other program, plan, or membership renewal. If you're not sure which plan is right for you, our program guide can help.

Final sale items - no returns or exchanges

Items marked as Final Sale or No Exchanges at checkout are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or account credits. This includes bundles and packages - if a bundle is marked Final Sale, individual items within it cannot be returned or exchanged separately.

Shred Happens - refunds & exchanges

Shred Happens has its own policy given the nature of the challenge:

  • Within 24 hours of purchase (and before the challenge starts): Refund available, less a 10% administration fee if macros have already been sent to you.

  • After 24 hours but within 7 days of purchase (and before the challenge starts): Account credit available, less a 10% administration fee.

  • Once the challenge has started: No refunds or exchanges.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.

The Membership (previously called Fit Happens)

Free trial

We offer a 10-day free trial that starts immediately after checkout. You can cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged. We encourage you to explore everything the membership has to offer before your trial ends!

Cancelling after the trial

Memberships are non-refundable once the free trial has ended. If you cancel after the trial, your membership stays active until the end of your current billing period - you won't be charged for the next cycle. For example, if you have an annual membership and cancel mid-year, you keep full access until the end of that year.

Before cancelling, we recommend checking your billing date so you know exactly how long you'll have access.

Annual membership renewals

Annual memberships renew automatically on the anniversary of your purchase. We'll send a reminder email before your renewal date so you can decide whether to continue or cancel.

Once your membership renews, you have a 10-day grace period to request a cancellation. Refunds within this window are processed less a 10% administrative fee. After those 10 days, membership fees are non-refundable.

If you cancel after the grace period, your access continues through the end of your current billing cycle and you won't be charged to renew.

Pausing memberships

We do not allow the pausing of memberships.

Sales tax

If you paid sales tax and a monetary refund is issued, the corresponding sales tax amount will also be refunded.

Technical issues

If you experience technical difficulties, please reach out to our support team — we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that technical issues don't automatically qualify for a refund, provided we make reasonable efforts to fix the problem or restore access.

Overcharges & price adjustments

If you were overcharged, we'll issue a refund or account credit for the overcharged amount.

If a workout plan you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your purchase, you can request a price adjustment in the form of an account credit. Email us at [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
