Refund Policy:

Workout Plans, Courses, or Challenges

We offer a refund ONLY within 24 hours of purchase of a workout plan, course, or challenge, less a 10% processing fee.

We will process exchanges for items of equal or higher value if you request them within 14 days of your purchase. If the refund window has passed, exchanges offer flexibility to select a plan better aligned with your fitness goals. If you're unsure about which plan suits you best, consider consulting our program guide for assistance.

FIT HAPPENS Memberships

We do not offer refunds on our FIT HAPPENS memberships, but we do offer a trial period so you can TRY before you PAY.

When you cancel your subscription between billing periods, you will continue to have access until the end of the current subscription period and you will not be charged during the next billing cycle. This means you retain full access to all workouts and fitness plans until your paid period expires. For example, if your membership is billed annually and you cancel after one year has started, you can continue using all workout resources until your current billing period ends.

Before cancelling, we recommend verifying your billing date to understand exactly how long you'll have continued access. This ensures you can properly plan your fitness schedule and maximize your remaining subscription period.

Price Adjustments

We run sales on our Signature workout plans in late March and mid-August. If you purchased one of these plans 14 days prior to the plan going on sale and want to request a price adjustment, upon your request, we will issue you an ACCOUNT CREDIT for the price difference.
