We know the many options can be overwhelming! Which is why we are providing this guide. Please note that our interactive 'How to Pick a Plan' tool is currently under development and not yet available. Once launched, this tool will simplify the process of selecting the most suitable fitness plan for your needs. In the meantime, we have prepared alternative resources to help you make informed decisions.

Before you pick a plan, you do have to decide if you prefer a membership model where you have access to lots of workout plans and discounts to our group courses and challenges or if you prefer one of our Signature Plans from our Power Happens or Start Strong Collections.

Then, if you decided to go with the membership, you can review and answer these questions and refer to this GUIDE of FIT HAPPENS MEMBERSHIP Workout Plans to pick a plan that meets your criteria. Please be aware that the current version of this guide does not include the newest plans or updates for "Foundation Happens." A newer version is expected to be released soon with updated information.

  1. What is your level of experience? Novice, Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced? https://www.haileyhappensfitness.com/post/identifying-your-ability-level

  2. Novice: someone who is completely new to the gym.

  3. Beginner: someone who has very little experience in the gym or even using dumbbells.

  4. Intermediate: someone who has been using dumbbells and basic gym equipment like pin machines.

  5. Advanced: someone who is comfortable using advanced gym equipment like barbells.

  6. Still unsure? We suggest going down a level and if you find the workout plan you selected is too easy, we are happy to exchange your plan if you request it within our 14 day post purchase period.

  7. Do you want a plan with strength workouts only, or do you also want cardio included? Note: You can add your own cardio if you prefer as our strength only plans are 3 or 4 days per week, leaving you the other days to focus on your cardio.

  8. What duration do you want your workouts to be?

  9. You can access the PDF guide by visiting the 'Workout Plans' page on the Hailey Happens Fitness website and locating the download link, or by using the link provided in the guide above.

And if you need additional help, especially while our interactive selection tool is still in development, you can always reach out to our support team - just start a chat using the button in the lower right corner of this site.
