Understanding Your Charges

Learn about the different types of charges on your HHF account and how to view your billing history in the app or on the website.

When you look at your billing history, you'll see different types of charges depending on what you've purchased. Here's what each one means and when you'll be billed.

One-Time Charges

What it is: A product you purchase once with no recurring charges.

Examples: Signature plans like Power Happens, or group programs like Shred Happens.

When you're charged: Right when you purchase.

Will it renew? No. If you want to buy another program later, you'll make a separate purchase.


Subscriptions

What it is: Ongoing access that renews automatically so you don't lose access to membership features.

Examples: Fit Happens Membership (monthly or annual)

When you're charged:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Same day each month

  • Annual subscriptions: Same date each year

Will it renew? Yes - automatically, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime.

Note: If you signed up with a free trial, you won't be charged until the trial ends.


Packages

What it is: A set of virtual training sessions with our personal trainers that you buy upfront.

Examples: Single consultation, or a 3-session package.

When you're charged: Once, when you purchase the package.

Will it renew? No. You've already paid for all the sessions.

You'll use them when you schedule with your trainer.


How to View Your Charges

On the Website

  1. Log in to the Hailey Happens Fitness website using this link.

  2. Click your profile picture in the upper right corner

  3. Select Billing Information from the menu

  4. Click the Charges section

In this tab, you can see each item/subscription you have purchased, the amount paid, date of purchase, and payment method. You can also see a full receipt of each purchase by clicking View Receipt. Refunds, payment plans, and add-ons will be visible in this tab as well.


In the App

  1. Open the Hailey Happens Fitness app and tap your profile pic in the upper right corner

  2. Tap Billing Info

  3. Scroll to the right and tap the Charges category

  4. Tap the grey arrow next to any charge to see details


Don't See Your Charge Yet?

Here's why a recent purchase might not show up:

You're in a free trial
If you bought a subscription with a trial period (like the annual Fit Happens Membership), you won't see a charge until the trial ends. Your billing info might show "$0.00" or "zero balance" - this is normal. You'll be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel.

It's still processing
Sometimes it takes a few minutes for a purchase to appear. If you got a confirmation email, give it a few minutes and refresh.

Your card is saved but not charged yet
See your card's last 4 digits but no charge amount? That means your payment method is on file and ready to go when billing starts (usually after a trial period).


What You'll See for Each Charge

Every charge shows:

  • Name - What you purchased

  • Amount - What you paid

  • Date - When the transaction happened

  • Payment method - Last 4 digits of your card

  • Receipt - Click "View Receipt" for full details

Refunds also appear here with the refund amount and date.
