How to Upgrade from Monthly to Yearly Membership

Switch your Membership from monthly to annual billing in a few simple steps using your desktop browser.

Ready to switch to annual billing? Great choice! Annual membership (previously called Fit Happens) means one payment for the year - no monthly billing to think about, plus access to exclusive annual member perks.

Here's how to make the switch:


What You'll Need

Desktop or laptop required: You'll need to use a web browser on your computer to upgrade. The mobile app doesn't support membership changes yet.


How to Upgrade

  1. Sign in using the same email and password you used to purchase your membership: https://trainwith.haileyhappensfitness.com/ex4/login/

  2. Click your circle profile image in the top right corner

  3. Click Billing Information

  4. Under Subscriptions, find The Membership and click Change Payment Plan

  5. Choose the The 'Yearly' Membership (you'll see a pink tick when it's selected)

  6. Click Continue

  7. You'll see the amount to pay today - this is the difference between what you've already paid monthly and the full annual price

  8. Click Continue to Purchase and you're done!


What Happens Next

  • Your payment plan updates to Annual right away

  • You can double-check anytime by going back to Billing InformationSubscriptions

  • Your annual member benefits (exclusive webinars, bonus resources, etc.) are immediately available after your upgrade completes

How much does it cost to upgrade?

You'll pay the difference between what you've already paid on your monthly plan and the annual membership price. The exact amount shows up on the checkout screen before you complete the purchase.

When do my annual member benefits start?

Immediately! As soon as your upgrade completes, you'll have access to exclusive webinars, bonus resources, and everything else included with annual membership.

Can I upgrade if my membership is paused?

You'll need to unpause first. If you can't unpause it yourself, just contact support and we'll take care of it for you.
