Your Hailey Happens Fitness account works seamlessly across devices, so you can train wherever it's most convenient for you.
Where can I access my account?
You can access your account via:
The mobile app (available on iOS and Android)
The web browser at trainwith.haileyhappensfitness.com
Your data syncs between both platforms using the same login details.
Phone not working? No problem. The browser version has full functionality, so you won't miss a workout. You'll find your calendar under the "Journal" tab and your plans under the "Plans" tab.
What syncs between devices?
When you use the same account, the following information syncs between the app and the web browser:
Completed workouts
Program progress
Logged weights and notes
Schedule updates
This allows you to start on one device and continue on another without losing your progress.
Why might I need to refresh?
In some cases, changes made on one device may not appear instantly on the other. This is normal and usually means the app or browser just needs a refresh to pull in the latest data.
On the mobile app:
Fully close the app
Reopen it and allow a few seconds for syncing
On the web browser:
Refresh the page
If needed, log out and back in
What if things still don't sync?
If refreshing doesn't resolve the issue:
Confirm you're logged into the same account on both devices
Check your internet connection
Allow a few minutes for syncing to complete

What about syncing with fitness trackers?
Looking to sync with a fitness tracker or app? We currently integrate with Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Withings. Other integrations (like Garmin or Apple Health) are not yet available, but we're working with our developers to add more options.
