You've started your first workout—great! Now let's cover the basics you'll use every day. Everything else can wait until you're ready to explore.
Home Tab: Your Daily Workouts
This is your main screen and where you'll spend most of your time.
What you'll see:
Your calendar with red dots on workout days
Tap any date to open that day's workout
Switch between week view and month view using the arrow
That's it. This is where your training happens. Everything flows from here.
Plans Tab: Managing Your Program
You'll use this tab to view your current plan and make changes if needed.
Two sections matter right now:
Following
Shows the plan currently active on your calendar
Tap your plan to see details or make adjustments
My Plans
Shows all plans you have access to
This is where you'd go to start a new plan when you're ready
Need to adjust your schedule?
Life happens. Here's how to change your rest days or pause:
Go to Plans → Following
Tap your active plan
Select 'Pause or Edit' at the bottom
Update your workout days or pause your plan. You can do this anytime—nothing is locked in. You won't break anything by editing your plan.
Help Tab: When You Need Support
Stuck? Tap the Help tab at the bottom of the screen.
You can:
Message the support team directly
Browse help articles
Get answers to common questions
Don't hesitate to reach out—the team is used to helping people get started.
What About Everything Else?
The app has lots of other features—Exercise Library, Resources, Groups, and more. Most people don't use them in their first week, but they're here if you're curious.
Quick Reference: Your First Week
Daily:
Open the app → Home tab → tap today's date → do workout
If you need to change something:
Plans tab → Following → Pause or Edit
If you're stuck:
Help tab → message support
That's really it. The rest is optional exploration.
