Plans change β and your workouts can too. Whether you're sick, traveling, or just need a break, you can easily pause and resume your plan in the HHF app.

What Happens When You Pause
When you pause a plan:
Future workouts are removed from your calendar
Completed workouts stay on your calendar
The app remembers where you left off
When you resume, you can pick up where you stopped or choose a different starting point if you want to go back and catch up on missed workouts.
To Pause Your Plan
Open the app and tap the Plans tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Following to see the plans you're currently following.
Find the plan you want to pause and tap on it.
At the bottom of the screen, tap Pause or Edit Plan.
Tap Pause, then confirm by tapping Yes, Pause.
To Resume Your Plan
Open the app and tap the Plans tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Following to see your current and paused plans.
Find the plan you want to resume and tap Resume Plan.
You'll see options to:
Select a start date
Modify your workout and rest days
Choose your First Workout
Important: Double-check that the First Workout is the one you actually want to start with. If you need to catch up on missed workouts, tap this option and select the correct week and day.
5. Tap Resume to confirm. Once resumed, check your Calendar tab to make
sure your workouts are scheduled the way you want.
Common Questions
Where do I find my paused plan? Paused plans still appear under the Following tab in the Plans section.
What if I want to catch up on workouts I missed? When you resume, select an earlier workout as your First Workout. The app will schedule from there.
Will I lose my completed workouts? No. Any workouts you've already completed stay on your calendar.
