Getting Started: Your First Workout

Ready to start? Here's everything you need for your first workout.

Step 1: Start Your Plan

This adds your workouts to your calendar so you can see what's scheduled each day.

How to start your plan:

  1. Tap the 'Plans' tab at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Find your plan using the search icon (top right) or by scrolling through 'My Plans'.

  3. Tap on your plan to view the details, then press 'Start Plan' at the bottom.

  4. Follow the prompts to:

    • Choose your start date

    • Select your workout days (pink) and rest days (white)

    • Choose your notification preferences.

  5. Review your plan summary—this shows your start date, workout days, first workout, and notification settings.

  6. Tap 'Start' to add the workouts to your calendar.

    You can always change your schedule later if needed.

Step 2: Find Your Workouts

Once you've started your plan, your workouts will appear on your calendar.

To see your workouts:

  1. Tap the 'Home' tab at the bottom of the screen (it's the default view when you open the app).

  2. You'll see your calendar with red dots on days where you have a workout scheduled.

  3. Tap any date to see that day's workout.
