We're here to support you and your safety is always our highest priority at Hailey Happens Fitness (HHF). That's why we've built a comprehensive Knowledge Library designed to answer almost every question you'll run into (training guidance, app help, plan info, troubleshooting, and more).
It's the quickest way to get help, especially outside support hours when no one may be on shift to answer you quickly.
If you can't find what you need, or you'd rather talk it through, message us anytime. We're always happy to help.

π₯ When to Talk to Your Healthcare Provider
Some questions need medical expertise. Our support team can help you figure out what to ask your doctor, but we can't provide medical advice. Here's when to loop in your doctor, PT, or other healthcare provider:
You're Working Through an Injury or Pain
If you're dealing with pain, a recent injury, or recovering from surgery, your healthcare provider is the best person to:
Assess whether exercise is safe right now
Recommend modifications for your specific situation
Clear you to start or return to training
You Have a Medical Condition
Questions like "Is this program safe for my [condition]?" require a professional who knows your full medical history. We can share program details with your provider to help them assess, but the decision needs to come from them.
You're Pregnant or Postpartum
Exercise during pregnancy and postpartum recovery needs medical clearance from your OB/GYN or pelvic floor specialist. Once you have that clearance, we're here to help you navigate our programs!
Why we do this: Your specific situation deserves a professional assessment. We'd rather make sure you're getting guidance tailored to YOU.
π₯ When You Need Personalized Nutrition Support
Our support team can point you to general nutrition resources, but we can't provide personalized nutrition guidance. Here's the difference:
What Support Can Share:
Where to find nutrition guides in your program
Free calculators and general resources
Information about our nutrition coaching options
What Needs a Nutrition Professional:
Custom macro or calorie calculations for YOUR body
Personalized meal planning
Supplement recommendations or dosing
Troubleshooting your specific nutrition challenges
Where to go: Check out our 1:1 Nutrition Coaching, or speak with a registered dietitian or healthcare provider for individualized support.
π― When You Want Personalized Training
Standard programs are built for broad groups, but sometimes you need something tailored just for you:
What Our Programs Provide:
Structured plans for different levels
Exercise demonstrations and alternatives
General progression guidance
What 1:1 Coaching Provides:
Custom programming for YOUR goals, equipment, and body
Modifications for your specific limitations
Ongoing assessment and adjustments
Weekly accountability and check-ins
