Feeling stuck on what's next?

Coaching gives you a plan that fits, and support to stick with it.

Whether you're trying to get started, rebuild momentum, or level up your training, coaching helps you stop guessing and start making real progress.

Is 1:1 Coaching Right for You?

If you're struggling to get traction:

  • Finding it hard to get started or follow through

  • Inconsistent and want help building a sustainable routine

  • Overwhelmed by choice and not sure what to do next

  • Trying to fit training around life (busy schedule, travel, shift work, fatigue, low bandwidth seasons)

This isn't about "trying harder." It's about having a plan that actually fits your life, and support to stick with it.

If you're ready to take it to a new level:

  • Training consistently and want more strategy, progression, and results

  • Craving higher accountability and feedback

  • Ready for a more tailored approach to training, nutrition, or both

What's the Difference Between One-Time and Ongoing Coaching?

One-time coaching is best if you want:

  • A clear direction or personalized plan you can implement independently

  • Help planning your year ahead (goals, phases, realistic schedule, which HHF plans to use)

  • Personalized nutrition assessment (calorie and macro targets, tracking strategy, meal planning support)

Ongoing monthly coaching is best if you want:

  • A coach checking in regularly with ongoing adjustments

  • The complete tailored approach — training, nutrition, or both

  • Support through busy seasons, plateaus, and mindset dips

When Coaching Isn't the Right Fit

Your safety matters, so coaching has some boundaries.

If a medical condition is involved:

Coaching can't include diagnosing injuries, rehab programming, or exercise modifications for specific conditions. If pain, injury, surgery, or a health condition is part of your situation, please work with a healthcare provider first.

If nutrition needs are complex:

Coaching isn't medical nutrition therapy. If you have a condition that affects how you eat or train, your medical team should lead that part.

If you're navigating disordered eating:

If you're experiencing chronic restriction, binge-purge cycles, intense food guilt, or rapid weight changes, coaching isn't the right place for weight-loss-focused nutrition. The safest next step is working with a professional who specializes in this area.

We can still support you with non-triggering foundations like building a training routine, strength-focused goals, and recovery habits. If you're unsure, reach out — we'll help you figure out what fits.
