How to Reschedule or Cancel Coaching Appointments

Learn how to reschedule or cancel your HHF coaching appointment through the website booking system.

Need to change your coaching appointment? Here's how.

Before You Start

Important: To avoid late fees, reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Where to reschedule:

  • For coaching appointments (discovery calls, 1-on-1 sessions): Use the HHF website β€” follow the steps below

  • For group program appointments (like Shred Happens): Use the app β€” this article does not apply


Step 1: Cancel Your Current Coaching Appointment

  1. Start on your Journal page (your appointment calendar) on the HHF website and click the date of the appointment you want to change

  2. Find the appointment and click "Cancel Appointment"

This frees up your package so you can choose a new time.


Step 2: Book a New Time

Now that you have an unused package:

  1. Click on the package that matches your canceled appointment

For example: If you canceled an "Online Coaching Discovery Call," select that same package.

  1. Browse available times and select a slot that works for you

    • Times automatically show in your device's timezone

    • Hover over a time to see which coach is available

  2. A confirmation window will appear. Double-check the date, time, and session details

  3. Confirm the new appointment to complete your booking

Note:

  • You won't be charged again if you're rebooking a paid package. The system recognizes you already have an active package.

  • Some appointments (such as discovery calls) may show a $0 charge.


Common Issue

"It says I can only have 1 package, but I have zero"

This usually happens right after canceling. The system may need a moment to refresh your package.

  • Your name

  • The appointment you canceled

  • Your preferred new date/time

We'll get you rescheduled quickly.
