Wrong difficulty level - Beginner feels too easy, or Intermediate is more challenging than expected

Wrong equipment - Bought a gym program but want to train at home (or vice versa)

Different goals - Program doesn't match what you're working toward

This happens. It just means you're figuring out what works for you.


How to Request an Exchange

Email [email protected] within 14 days with:

  • Your current plan name

  • The plan you want to switch to

  • Brief reason for the switch

What happens next:

  1. We'll remove your current plan and issue account credit for the full purchase price

  2. We'll send you a direct link to your new plan

  3. Your credit automatically applies at checkout - you only pay the difference (or keep remaining credit if the new plan costs less)

Typically processed within 1 business day.


Important to Know

14-day window - Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase

One exchange per purchase - After your exchange, the new plan follows our standard refund policy
