Refer & Reward Credits: How to Find and Use Your Credit

Earned credit through our Refer & Reward program? Using it is straightforward - here's everything you need to know.

Check Your Refer & Reward Credit

To see how much credit you've earned:

  1. Log in with your email and password

  2. Look for the "Affiliate Account Credit" section

  3. Your current credit amount displays next to "Current Credit:"

Use Your Credit for a Purchase

Good news - your credit automatically applies at checkout when you're logged in with the same email address. No codes needed, no extra steps.

Here's what to expect:

If credit covers the full purchase:

  • No payment required at checkout

  • Purchase completes immediately

  • Any remaining credit stays on your account for next time

If credit covers part of the purchase:

  • Credit applies first, automatically reducing your total

  • You'll only be charged the remaining amount

  • For example: $50 credit + $129 program = $79 charged to your card

Credit Not Applying?

If your Refer & Reward credit doesn't show up at checkout, here's what to check:

  1. Verify your email - Make sure you're logged in with the email address where the credit was issued

  2. Clear your browser cache and try again

  3. Contact support - We can verify your credit and send you a direct purchase link that applies it automatically
