Make sure your discount shows in your cart before completing payment. If you don't see the reduced price, the code hasn't been applied yet.
How to Apply Your Code:

Find the plan or program you want and tap Buy Now
Log in with your email and password (or create an account if you're new)
Press Continue
At the top of the checkout screen, tap Have a code? (gray text with downward arrow)
Type in your discount code
Press Tab or Enter to apply
You should see your price update right away. Once it does, you're all set to complete your purchase.
