How do I see my logged weight history?

Tutorial on how to view previous weight logged for an exercise

To view the weight you logged for an exercise during a previous workout, click on the history icon at the bottom of the screen while logging a workout in the Hailey Happens Fitness app.

After clicking the history icon, you will see the following screen where you will find the weights you logged in previous workouts, by set:

The reason the weight does not auto-populate in the workout is by design because you should be progressively increasing each time, so we want to give you the opportunity to enter the weight you are using. Also, these exercises are used in different overload methods across multiple plans and programs, so in one program, we may use a rep count of 15 and in another program we may use a rep count of 6 - obviously those would require you to use different weights, so that is another reason we don't default what you used the previous time.
