Common Printing Problems

Print Button Not Showing

  • Make sure you are logged into the browser version at trainwith.haileyhappensfitness.com (not the mobile app)

  • Check if the resource is available on desktop - Some resources are only visible in the mobile app and won't appear in the browser version

Printer Not Responding

  • Make sure your printer is properly connected, and that your device has a stable internet connection

  • Try a different browser if the print dialog isn't appearing

  • Check your printer settings to ensure it's set as your default printer

Resource Missing from Desktop

Some resources may only appear on mobile and cannot be accessed for printing from the browser. If you can't find a specific resource on desktop, check if it's available through the mobile app first.

PDF Won't Download or Open

  • Check your browser's download settings - PDFs may be blocked by browser settings

  • Try downloading instead of printing - Right-click the print option and select "Save as PDF"

  • Clear your browser cache and try again
