Please email [email protected] with:
The email address associated with the account used to make a purchase
First and last name
The plan/group/item purchased
Date of purchase
Last 4 digits of the credit card used
How to check if you have created a duplicate account:
You can't see all your purchased plans in the app
You're receiving HHF emails to multiple email addresses (sometimes with the same subject line)
You purchased a plan but didn't get a confirmation email or receipt
How to check if you have a duplicate charge:
Check your bank statements/app for double charges of the same amount

If it's a duplicate charge, you'll see two identical items (same date, plan, and amount) in your billing history
