Questions About Duplicate Charges or Accounts?

How to check for double charges or duplicate accounts.

Think you were charged twice or created a second account by mistake? We can help sort it out. Here's how to check.

Please email [email protected] with:

  1. The email address associated with the account used to make a purchase

  2. First and last name

  3. The plan/group/item purchased

  4. Date of purchase

  5. Last 4 digits of the credit card used

How to check if you have created a duplicate account:

  • You can't see all your purchased plans in the app

  • You're receiving HHF emails to multiple email addresses (sometimes with the same subject line)

  • You purchased a plan but didn't get a confirmation email or receipt

How to check if you have a duplicate charge:

  • Check your bank statements/app for double charges of the same amount

  • See How to View Your Billing History and look in the 'Charges' section

  • If it's a duplicate charge, you'll see two identical items (same date, plan, and amount) in your billing history
