Missed a live Zoom? Here's how to find the recording.
Step 1: Go to Your Group
Open the Hailey Happens Fitness app and tap the Groups tab at the bottom.
Select the group you want (for example: Fit Happens Membership, Power Happens, Shred Happens).
Step 2: Select Resources
Tap the dropdown menu and select Resources
This will display all the resources available for that group.
Step 3: Filter for Zoom Recordings
On the right side tap the "[Group Name] Zoom Recordings" filter button (the wording matches your group name) to show only Zoom sessions for that group.
For example: "FIT Happens Zoom Recordings"
Once you tap the filter, it will be highlighted in pink and the Zoom recordings will appear below with dates and titles. You can learn at your own pace and revisit key moments anytime.
When Do Recordings Get Posted?
Most Zoom recordings appear within 24-48 hours of the live session.
Recordings NOT posted:
Weekly App Help Zooms (these are live support only)
Private coaching calls (1-on-1 sessions)
Can't Find What You're Looking For?
If you attended a Zoom session but can't find the recording after 48 hours, email [email protected] with:
The group name (Power Happens, Shred Happens, etc.)
The date of the Zoom session
The topic or coach's name if you remember it
We'll track it down for you.
