Can I Train Like Power Happens Inside the Membership?

Yes! Here's How

If you love the structure of Power Happens (strength training layered with cardio and recovery each week) you can recreate that same experience using the HHF membership. The membership works like a set of building blocks: you choose a strength training plan as your base, then add cardio and recovery options to build a fully customized program that suits your goals and equipment.

Step 1: Pick a Strength Training Plan as Your Base

Any strength plan in the membership can serve as your main training schedule. Browse the available plans and choose the one that best fits your goals and equipment access. This becomes the foundation of your week, just like in Power Happens.

Step 2: Add Cardio

You have two options depending on your equipment and preferences:

Option 1: HIIT/SIT Intervals (no special equipment needed)

This is the closest cardio experience to what you know from Power Happens. Inside the HIIT/SIT flex plan, you'll find 16 options to choose from. You can mix them up or repeat favorites across each training block.

Why does the Membership have cardio separate from strength plans? Many members already have their own cardio activities and prefer not to have cardio days automatically added to their training calendar in the app. Keeping them separate gives you full control over your schedule and app experience.

Option 2: Cardio Happens (requires a Watts-equipped cardio machine)

In this option, you will run the Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced plan from the Cardio Happens series alongside your strength plan in the app. You will need access to a cardio machine that measures Watts (and are comfortable with a max power test and a little math). Cardio Happens is one of the most effective cardio options to add to your training plan. Because your effort is measured and controlled - rather than just "go hard" or "go easy" - using the progressive training inside the Cardio Happens plans can get you fitter than almost any other cardio format.

Step 3: Add Recovery

Round out your week with recovery work:

  • Mobility Happens with Rosie - foam rolling and mobility work

  • Yoga Happens with Allie - yoga-based recovery sessions

Add whichever suits you, or alternate between both.
