HHF services are organised into three categories:
1. Group Courses:
These are educational courses or challenges provided in a group setting. Each course contains workout programs, as well as educational video calls, accountability, and access to the private Facebook group. These courses are offered periodically throughout the year and have specific enrolment/ intake date as well as a specific cart closed cut-off date. Customers can join a waitlist in the lead up to a course start date, and in doing so may receive benefits such as early access, lower prices or bonuses.
Currently the main Group offerings are:
Fat Loss Happens:
This is a comprehensive 10-week course providing education, training and nutrition guidance and accountability for sustainable fat-loss .
Shred Happens Challenge:
This is a 6-week challenge aimed at shredding fat and building muscle, specifically for the 40+ female. It includes a personalized calorie/macro budget, educational video calls, and workouts for both gym and home.
Nutrition Happens:
This is a 6-week education only group course filled with 18 education modules covering everything there is to know about nutrition for body composition, 6 weekly zooms with expert guest speakers, macro friendly recipes, evidence based up to date research articles, private Facebook group, and everything you need to know to feel empowered, engaged, and most importantly, excited about improving your body composition through nutrition.
2. Workout Plans:
These are take-and-go workout plans that the customer does on their own. There are many options to choose from and new programs are being added all the time.
From the workout plan page, customers can click on and download a guide helping to decide which workout plan is best to choose based on their individual circumstances. Here is a link to the guide:
The guide helps the client identify some key information to help narrow down which workout plans will be most suitable for them, by asking them:
· What equipment do they have access to, either at home or at a gym
· What experience level they are at in relation to strength training
· Whether they would like cardio workouts included
· How many days they would prefer to train
· Their ideal strength training session duration
The client will be given a shortlist of suitable workout plans based on their answers.
From here they can locate each of the suggested workout plans on the website (https://www.haileyhappensfitness.com/workout-plans) and click through each one to read a more detailed explanation about the workout plan.
3. Coaching:
HHF also offers online coaching to provide a customized Hailey Happens Fitness experience for those who are looking for one-on-one training. The purpose of the coaching services is to provide personalised and tailored guidance, support, and accountability for the client on their fitness journey.
Coaching services can be divided into 3 categories:
Nutrition Coaching:
This is for clients who are confused about what to eat to reach body composition and personal health goals. Clients can choose from either:
a) a one-time 50-minute personal macro consulting session via zoom call with a Macro specialist. They will receive custom macros to match their body composition goals and guidance on how to track their macros and troubleshooting any challenges they anticipate. This service is currently $100.
b) Monthly coaching check-in sessions. This package includes one live zoom call with a HHF Nutrition coach, and weekly check-in sessions done 'asynchronously' or via email/video recording. They will receive an assessment to be filled out each week to help both the client and coach prepare for either their 'live' session or for the coach to provide their feedback and solutions to help them on their journey. This service is currently $200 / month.
Nutrition & Strength Coaching:
This package provides both nutrition and strength training guidance, as well as troubleshooting for any challenges they may be experiencing. This is a recurring monthly, personalized coaching service that includes an online workout plan and nutritional guidance. JOCELYN – I can’t find the link in the app for booking this service? Strength Coaching:
This monthly service includes a customized Hailey Happens Fitness workout plan tailored to their unique goals, available equipment, and any injuries they may be experiencing. The coach will meet with them via a monthly ZOOM call to review their workout plan and help troubleshoot any issues for which they are needing support. They will also receive weekly support where they will complete an online check-in form, send in any form check videos, and receive feedback from the HHF Coach via a video recording or email so they can provide solutions to anything they are working to troubleshoot. This service is currently $400 / month.
Discovery Call:
Hailey Happens Fitness also offers the option for customers to schedule a 20-minute discovery call with a HHF Online Nutrition and Strength coaches to find out more about our online nutrition and strength coaching services. The client is sent a 1:1 Coaching Questionnaire to complete prior to the call so that the coach can prepare for the session. This session does not provide any actual coaching, but is to help determine if the client is good fit for ongoing 1:1 online nutrition and/or strength coaching and to share what packages are avilable. NOTE: This service has a strict CANCELLATION and NO SHOW policy. The client will be charged $25 for a late cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time) and $50 for a no show.
