How to cancel and pause package subscriptions on behalf of the client

Steps to Cancel a Package or Session:

  1. Access the Client Account:

    • Navigate to the client’s profile.

  2. Open Payment Details:

    • Click on the Payment Details tab.

  3. Manage Subscriptions:

    • In the Subscriptions section, you’ll find:

      • A Cancel icon to end the subscription.

      • A Pause icon to temporarily halt the subscription.

  4. Choose the Appropriate Cancellation Option

    • Cancel Immediately:

      • Ends the package and any scheduled billing right away.

      • The client will not be charged further.

    • Cancel on Date:

      • Select a specific date to end the package.

      • No charges will occur after this date.

    • Cancel at Period End:

      • Ends billing at the end of the current subscription period.

      • The client can continue using the package until the subscription expires.

  1. Cancel Immediately:
